I have been training for 15 years. I even had the fitness magazines to prove it. I've taken all the creatines, BCAA's, & pre workouts. I've ridden the trends of the new "best" way to train ____ (fill in the blank muscle). I participated in all the new trends with training methods & Splits, but they never last. Everyone says they know “The Best Way” and to trust them, but I don't want to be just another trainer trying to sell you on a program that's just a gimmick.
99% of my experience with the fitness world has just been someone on steroids trying to sell me something to make a buck. Juiced up snake oil salesman trying to convince you that their new supplement or their new training program is the key to the lock that you've been missing all this time.
Losing Bodyfat is not determined by how you train or what you do to burn energy. As a researcher, I have put many hours into finding the most accurate information out there. I have gone through many books, workout programs, hired many coaches, & studied the leading experts in the industry to find what we should be focused on & what areas are just noise to be drowned out.
